The directors of the Richard S. Reynolds Foundation have awarded a $3,500 grant to support the Wisdom Seed program of the Center for Innovation in Ministry at SFTS. This is the second year that the Center has received this grant from the Richard S. Reynolds Foundation.

The opportunity to propose a project for the Wisdom Seed grants is given at the end of each of the Center’s Seminar. It is an award to fund a project that refines a innovative approaches that emerged from attending a Seminar. Last year this grant funded a grant for Will Malone, a SFTS seminary student and a student of the Mental Health and Spirituality Seminar, to explore use of yoga and Reiki in the field of pastoral care.

The Center for Innovation is particularly grateful to this foundation, awarded through a recommendation by a member of the Reynolds family local to SFTS, for believing in our work for a second year.
